Payment and Cancellation Policy

1. Payment
Payment should be made at least 24hrs before the session and proof of payment should be sent via whatsapp or email.

2. Cancellation and Missed Appointment Policy
Clients are required to provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed appointments without notice, will be charged the full session fee.
Exceptions may be made for emergencies or unavoidable circumstances at the therapist’s discretion.

3. Repeated Cancellations
Frequent cancellations or no-shows (3 or more) may result in a review of ongoing service suitability and may lead to discontinuation of services.
